Embodied AI Insights is an independent editorial publication for readers who want to understand how artificial intelligence is moving from screens into machines that perceive, decide, and act in the physical world.
Our mission
Our mission is to make embodied artificial intelligence understandable without making it simplistic. We report on important robot products, technical advances, company developments, deployments, and commercial claims, then add the context readers need to judge what those developments mean.
We do not try to publish every announcement. We focus on developments that materially change what robots can do, how they are built, where they are being used, or how the industry is evolving. Our guiding questions are straightforward: What happened? What is supported by evidence? Why does it matter? What remains unproven?
What we cover
Our coverage includes humanoid robots, quadrupeds, mobile robots, robotic arms, dexterous manipulation, robot foundation models, vision-language-action models, world models, perception, control, data collection, simulation, chips, sensors, actuators, batteries, robotics companies, financing, partnerships, deployments, and real-world applications.
The publication is organized into four editorial sections:
- Robots documents individual machines and explains robot-related events.
- Technology analyzes the systems, research, hardware, and data behind robotic capability.
- Companies maintains evidence-led company profiles and examines business or industry developments.
- Explainers gives general technology readers a structured path from first principles to deeper technical understanding.
Who we serve
Embodied AI Insights is written primarily for general technology readers. A robotics background is not required. We define specialist terms, explain relevant context, and identify the limits of available evidence. Researchers, engineers, investors, students, and industry professionals may also find the structured profiles and source records useful, but our work is not written as professional engineering, investment, legal, medical, or safety advice.
How we work
We prioritize original company materials, research papers, regulatory records, technical documentation, and direct statements. We may use reputable secondary reporting to add context or document claims that cannot be established from primary material alone.
Our articles distinguish among concepts, prototypes, demonstrations, pilots, commercial availability, and mass production. Company claims are identified as claims. Where independent evidence is unavailable, we say so. Sources and image disclosures are provided with individual articles when applicable.
Our detailed standards are available in the Editorial Policy.
Independence and funding
Embodied AI Insights controls its editorial decisions. Coverage is not offered in exchange for payment, access, products, investment opportunities, or favorable treatment. If the publication accepts advertising, sponsorship, affiliate revenue, or other commercial support, that material will be identified and kept separate from independent editorial judgment.
The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by Embodied AI Insights, and advertisers do not receive advance approval of independent coverage about them.
Ownership and contact
Embodied AI Insights is the public operating name of this publication. Unless an article states otherwise, editorial work is published by the Embodied AI Insights editorial desk.
